Your Role as a Demand Generation Strategist
You're about to join the founders in a phase of accelerated growth at Warp VR. In this pioneering role, we value your courage to make mistakes, your willingness to take risks, and your enthusiasm to learn a lot. You will lead the development of a demand generation framework focused on creating awareness, interest, and demand, as opposed to the traditional lead generation model.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Insight: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, crucial for informing our marketing strategy. Continuously incorporate market scans and data into the strategy and approach.
  • Content Strategy: Develop an overarching content strategy, including content types, distribution channels, and the integration of different content elements. Collaborate with the founders on weekly 15-minute videos, transformed into micro-content and LinkedIn posts. Ensure the content meets the needs of various DMU stakeholders, such as business units, L&D, and potentially IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Distribution: Ensure content reaches the intended audience through the right distribution channels, optimizing for SEO, scheduling posts, and conducting paid advertising campaigns.
  • Event Management: Organize and promote virtual and live events (conferences, micro-events, meetups, etc.), including our community event Warp VR Connect, and ensure we are invited to speak at congresses and podcasts due to our thought leadership.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects. Work closely with our design and product team to ensure all external communication and materials align with our brand guidelines and values. Identify and seize opportunities to strengthen our brand and increase market visibility, both online and offline.

Our Team Dynamics
As part of our Sales and Marketing team, you'll join a compact and dynamic team at Warp VR. Our current team consists of 3 developers, 1 Sales Development Representative (SDR), 1 Customer Success Manager, 1 Production Manager, and 3 founders. We plan to expand our team soon with a Content Marketer.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, HR/training/SaaS experience a plus.
  • Demonstrable expertise in B2B demand generation.
  • Entrepreneurial and eager to learn, with the courage to make mistakes.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with strong data analysis skills.
  • Able to make a positive impact both within and outside the role.
  • Substantial leadership with strong communication skills.
  • Focused on Lifetime Value.
